Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their service at any time. To cancel a service, customers must contact our support team or accounts team at accounts@cloudsave.in.
Upon cancellation, services will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be incurred after cancellation.
Refund Policy
Cloudsave does not offer refunds for services already rendered and paid for. Once an invoice is paid, no refunds will be provided.
Refunds will only be issued in cases where Cloudsave fails to deliver the promised services as per the agreed terms.
